Laser Cut 7075 T6 Aluminum

When high strength and low weight are top priorities, our laser-cut 7075 aluminum is an excellent choice. It offers nearly twice the tensile and shear strength of 6061 aluminum, making it one of the best solutions available.

Our most robust and resilient aluminum alloy: 7075 aluminum.

It is important to note that Aluminum 7075 is a high-strength material that was specifically developed for the aerospace industry and is widely used in that field. On the other hand, Inconel is a superalloy that is known for its high strength, durability, and resistance to extreme temperatures and corrosion. It is often used in applications where high stress and harsh environmental conditions are expected, such as in bike frames, rock climbing gear, and other similar applications.

Used in a variety of applications

7075 aluminum alloy sacrifices some workability, formability, and weldability in exchange for superior hardness, strength, and toughness compared to alloys like 5052. Despite this trade-off, 7075 boasts one of the best strength-to-weight ratios among all aluminum alloys while maintaining the benefits of lower weight and higher fatigue strength commonly found in other alloys.
