Finishing Services
We offer a full range of finishing processes to enhance both the appearance and performance of your fabricated parts. From surface preparation to final coatings, each step is handled with precision to ensure a clean, consistent, and professional result.

Deburring
Deburring is the first step in creating smooth, safe, and functional parts. We carefully remove sharp edges, burrs, and slag left from cutting or machining to improve handling and prepare the surface for further finishing.

Wide Belt Sanding
For flat parts and plate, wide belt sanding creates a uniform surface finish while leveling minor imperfections. This process is ideal for prepping parts for coating or achieving a clean directional finish.

Sand Blasting
Sandblasting is an effective method for removing scale, rust, old coatings, or surface contaminants, and is often used before painting, powder coating, or plating to ensure proper adhesion. Sandblasting also provides a consistent matte finish that enhances the look and feel of raw or coated metal.

DA Hand Sanding
Dual-action (DA) hand sanding provides detailed surface refinement on curved or complex parts. It allows us to achieve a consistent finish in areas machines can't reach, especially important for visible or high-touch components, or when a non directional finish is needed.

Polishing
Polishing enhances both form and function—improving aesthetics, reducing friction, and preparing parts for decorative or reflective finishes. We offer multiple levels of polish, from brushed to near-mirror, depending on the application.

Powder Coating
Powder coating provides a durable, corrosion-resistant finish with a wide variety of colors and textures. It’s ideal for both industrial and consumer products and offers excellent coverage, longevity, and environmental resistance.

Anodizing
Anodizing is an electrochemical process primarily used on aluminum to enhance corrosion resistance and surface hardness while allowing for color finishes. It's widely used in aerospace, electronics, and architectural components.

Plating
We offer a range of plating options including chrome, nickel, zinc, and other common industrial and decorative finishes. Plating can improve wear resistance, conductivity, corrosion protection, and provide a high-end appearance depending on your needs.

Hand-Applied Patina
For a more artistic or aged look, we offer custom hand-applied patina finishes. These are ideal for architectural metalwork, signage, and decorative pieces where character and visual depth are desired. Each finish is unique and crafted to specification.
