Important considerations for CNC router cutting of your parts
Simple, single-bend components will have a bend-to-edge tolerance of +/- 0.015".
Components with many bends +/- 0.030" bend to edge. Each bend increases tolerance by at least.015"
+/- 1-degree tolerance on all bend angles.
There will be apparent witness marks from the bending process. Depending on the substance, this can get deeper and more pronounced.
At this moment, we do not have any specific protection available for cosmetic parts.
